These terms govern your use of edms.co.ke, operated by Sibasi Ltd. By using the site you accept them.

1. About this site

This site describes EDMS by Sibasi, a product of Sibasi Ltd. It is informational. Nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract arises until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

2. Pricing and capability information

Prices are published as starting points, exclusive of VAT and of Microsoft licences, and are indicative rather than binding. Final pricing is set out in a written proposal scoped to your requirement.

Capability descriptions reflect the product as configured in a full deployment. Which capabilities apply to a specific engagement depends on the package purchased, the deployment model and the configuration agreed at design stage. Where a capability depends on a Microsoft licence tier or a cloud service you have not licensed, that is identified during design rather than assumed.

3. No professional advice

Material on this site — including the compliance mapping and the tender specification guidance — is general information, not legal, regulatory or professional advice. It does not replace your own legal review, data protection impact assessment, records survey or procurement process, and you should not act on it without taking your own advice.

4. Third-party names and trade marks

Microsoft, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Azure, Power BI, Purview and Copilot are trade marks of the Microsoft group of companies. Other product names referenced, including those of other document management vendors, are the trade marks of their respective owners. They are used for identification and comparison only, and their use does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those owners.

5. Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text, structure, design and graphics, is owned by Sibasi Ltd or licensed to it. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation or procurement purposes, including reproducing extracts in an internal business case or procurement document with attribution. You may not republish this content commercially, or present it as your own.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to sites operated by others, including Microsoft and our sibling product sites, we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sibasi Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
